Welcome to the Generation21 training page. Our training team consists of certified Generation21 Technical Trainers. Training ranges from five to eight days, and may be conducted at the Client site or at Generation21. Training covers:

Knowledge Navigator
The Knowledge Navigator is the cornerstone of our system and is where students access courses, library items, performance support search as well as all training events that apply to each student's role or responsibility in your companies hierarchy. The instruction on this application is covered in both the Knowledge Assembler class and the Knowledge Manager class in addition to a web based version offered on our support site.
Knowledge Assembler
The Knowledge Assembler is a comprehensive four day course which offers an intense, interactive learning experience. During this course you will learn not only how to use this application, but invaluable instruction on course development by learning the principles of Instructional system Design and Rapid Course Development.
Knowledge Manager
The Knowledge Manager course is also a four day course which covers all aspects of Generation21 LMS management. Directed towards Administrators, this course includes specific instruction on knowledge mapping, user management, building your content hierarchy as well as fundamentals of Knowledge Management.
Navigator Interface Customizations
Learn to customize the Knowledge Navigator interface to maintain branding at the company or department level. Adding your own logos, making minor usability changes, and changing global text options are only a few of the modifications you can make to your Knowledge Navigator interface. You will also learn the relationship between a style path directory and the business units in your Generation21 application.
LMS Data Modeling
Learn the structure of the Generation21 database. This course will help you design your own custom reports.
